TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To track your order, contact your selected carrier directly and they will look it up using your tracking number. You can find your tracking number via your Account Page, through Email Confirmation or your Order Status Page. If you have a free account with GoShoot.com you can see your complete order history including order tracking status. As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at (GoShoot.com customer service) and we will send you your tracking number. You can also visit the GoShoot.com Order Status Page, where you will enter your Order ID. You will also enter your email address if you are not logged in. Please be sure to use the email address you used when you placed your order.
If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. GoShoot.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
If you need to edit or change the shipping address for your order, please contact GoShoot.com as soon as possible. There is a GoShoot.com for address changes made after the package has already shipped.
Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address information or missing address information ie: apartment number, suite or floor number etc. (including 2Day and Overnight orders that are sent to PO boxes) will be returned to the GoShoot.com distribution center and charged a ($$$) returned package fee in addition to freight charges.
If you provided an e-mail or phone number when you placed your order, a customer service representative from GoShoot.com will contact you. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address or getting a refund or store credit. Refunds and store credits will be given for the product purchased and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping charges. The returned package fee will be deducted from the balance owed.
Please Note: Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
GoShoot.com does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available.
Definition of a Business Day
All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, Overnight orders placed on a Friday before GoShoot.com should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Overnight orders placed after Fridays on GoShoot.com will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
